A 7 day garage conversion project completed for a customer who was expanding their soap manufacturing business. The client required space for storage as well, so we separated the garage, by building a partition wall.

A brand new dedicated consumer unit for the garage was installed, and a purpose designed work area was fitted.

1. To begin, we removed all the old fixtures and fittings and upgraded the consumer unit in the garage.
2. We laid floor insualtion along with a new chipboard floor.
3. We then proceeded to layout the room and erect the partition wall and stud the room out ready for the wall insulation and then plasterboard.
4. We drew our attention to fitting to loft hatches, for each of the wo rooms, followed by a first fix on the electrics.
5. We proceeded to plasterboard the walls and ceiling, finished off a new laminate flooring, laid throughout.
6. Our attention was then on the work area, including the bespoke kitchen design, that was installed.
7. Finally the two rooms were plastered and then painted.
